In May 2011 The Ministry of Education requested IPRC Kigali to build facilities to host ETO Muhima students. The plot which was for ETO Muhima was given to investors for an important development consistent with the Master plan of the City. The final exams for the 2nd semester started on 03/07/2012 at IPRC Kigali Speaking to the Examination officer Mr. Uwimana Amani said that examination was well prepared, and is expecting that examinations will be well conducted.
